The Theatre Confrontations Festival and East European Performing Arts Platform in collaboration with IETM (International Network for Contemporary Performing Arts) announce an open call for IETM Campus Lublin, which will take place between 3-9 July 2016 in Lublin, Poland.
IETM Campus is an annual summer school for young culture professionals working in institutions and organizations connected with theater and dance. The intensive 7-day course consists of a series of meetings with mentors, during which the participants will have an opportunity to participate in classes focusing on intercultural communication, ethics of cooperation, fundraising and joint project management, team management, cooperation with the audience, forms of censorship and others. Due to a profiled selection of mentors-teachers, the Campus also creates an opportunity for making new contacts.
In cooperation with Theatre Confrontations and EEPAP, IETM offers 2 free places for young practitioners associated with cultural organizations / institutions from Lublin.
In order to participate in the project you need to declare your willingness to take part in the entire program (July 3-9), demonstrate a real association with organizations / institutions in Lublin (formal employment is not required), have at least two years of professional experience, and have a good knowledge of English (in speech and writing).

Your application must include your name, e-mail address and phone number, the name of the institution / organization from Lublin you are associated with, and a short justification of why you wish to participate in the Campus (maximum 1 page).
